General

  1. Non-commercial and non-rush commissions may get rescheduled and delayed by up to one month from the initial agreed deadline. This is for me to make way for commercial projects, as those will take higher priority.
  2. Invoice will be sent only after the first WIP for confirmation that I am able to take on your request
    1. After I have sent the invoice, you may choose to send the payment in full or partially (~50% of the total). The full payment will be required before I send the final deliverables.
    2. I do not do full payment after a project's completion.
    3. For rush commissions, I only take upfront payment.
  3. A non-refundable $10 booking deposit will be required upon order confirmation.
    1. For orders above $200, %10 of the total will be required instead.
    2. The booking deposit will be deducted from the final price when the invoice is sent out.
    3. In other words, you're paying a deposit in advance.
  4. I have the right to cancel the commission with a partial refund up to midway through the project’s completion.
    1. A full refund will be offered if no meaningful progress is made on the project.
  5. I may accept rush commissions depending on my availability. My availability also depends on the project scope, so large-scale or complex projects with a tight timeframe might not be accepted. Please contact me directly about this.
  6. For orders that are booked ahead of time with a strict deadline and require little to no rescheduling on my part, there will be an additional 10% charge to guarantee that the slot will not be rescheduled.
  7. I reserve the right to use any of the work created for self-promotion, portfolio, personal or educational purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  8. If there are updates to the TOS or any other aspect of my services after the order has been confirmed, the changes will not apply to your order unless specified.
